Customer Response Representative
- Handle customer response through phone, and social media
- Make lead calls and convert leads to sales
- Attract potential client by answering product and service questions
- Open and update client accounts by recording account information.
- Resolve problems by clarifying the client’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Managing internal and external communication
- Manage social media platforms
- Drive traffic to company pages and create goals to meet
- Take ownership of Marketing KPIs and ensure optimal utilization of all channels.
- Collect and evaluate customer feedback data.
- Evaluate end to end customer experience.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and adopt where appropriate.
- Generate reports on our marketing campaign’s performance
- Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns
- Build and maintain PR
- Conduct market visits, organize meetings, prepare presentations
- Develop and implement SEO , Google Analytics, Google Adwords etc
- Create and manage link building strategies, email marketing strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media strategies
- Meet targets set by the management
- Meet, greet and recruit clients and Khaalisisi friends
- Engage clients and Khaalisisi friends.
- Assist in HR management
- Recruit, engage Khaalisisi Friends

What you’ll need:
- Bachelors level graduate or MBA (preferred)
- Ongoing BBA or graduate for Customer Response Representative and Internship
